This was from a few months ago. Everyone in the Carter family celebrated the September and August birthdays since Felicia and Kit were down from Alabama. Here's just a quick video of the events.

Summer is sweet... when you're not in school and don't have to pay the AC bill.
Quite a bit has happened with the Brower home recently. Both Lillie and I finished out the Spring semester strong getting A’s and B’s. We then decided to take a break but ended up immediately starting summer school classes. Lillie took an accounting class (wow, that one was difficult, accounting is weird) and a journalism class. I decided take an Anatomy class over the entire summer so that it wouldn’t be so difficult. At about that same time, I received a promotion at work and moved to the Quality Experience group (when you call a call center and the lady says, “Your calls may be monitored for quality of service,” that’s me listening). Now we’re really raking in the dough… kindof.
Right now, Lillie is just finishing up an economics class (she has a 98%). We just got Cox internet and so we feel more and more like a family as the days go by. Pretty soon, we might even have a land line! There’s this pretty new device called the MagicJack that lets you send and receive calls via a broadband connection for $20 a year (no kidding). The downside is that it has to be plugged into the computer and the computer has to be on. The verdict is still out on that one for now.
Chelsea is beginning to walk now as I’m sure everyone knows. She can stand up and take a few steps but isn’t quite to the point where that’s all she’s doing. In the meantime, she’s gotten even FASTER at crawling (didn’t think it was possible). She has quite a few teeth now too. She has her front teeth almost all the way in, four on top and three/almost four on bottom. What does she like to do with this new addition to her anatomy? Eat bananas, peaches, and anything that’s made out of bread (including PB&J sandwiches).
Spiritual thought for the day. There is no stronger or better support group than the family no matter what aspect of life you are referencing; whether it be spiritual, temporal, emotional, or going to the John Mayer concert at Cricket Pavilion last Wednesday. It really is the perfect unit for being raised in the gospel or raised out of the gospel, just as long as it is based on gospel principles.
See you all sometime soon I’m sure!

Teddy Bear love!
We gave Chelsea her first teddy bear today. Well if truth be told, we did not give her this bear. It is the bear that Nona and Granddad gave her when she was born. She didn't play with it much so I grouped it up with some other random stuffed toys. Today I was watching her play with her ducky trash dispenser in sacrament on her daddy's lap and felt impressed to give her a stuffed animal. Later, while I was in Relief Society, daddy saw her take an interest in the stuffed animal of another child, well actually just the price tag... He also felt impressed to give her a stuffed animal. So I just brought the bear out of the bag. This is her loving it.
Here is just a little more. :) By the way, that is Spire music, "Joseph Smith the Prophet" in the background. She got interested in the camera...
